A: Sterility is our top priority. The system is built with 316L stainless steel and medical-grade polymers. It is fully compatible with ISO 5 (Class 100) laminar flow hoods or integrated RABS/Isolators. The aseptic fluid path is designed for easy cleaning and is compatible with CIP/SIP (Clean-in-Place/Steam-in-Place) or disposable single-use filling systems to prevent cross-contamination.
A: Yes. While saline is a high-volume product, our machine maintains high efficiency without sacrificing precision. The servo-driven system ensures synchronized filling and closing at high velocities.
A: Since saline has a water-like viscosity, it can splash at high speeds. We utilize Bottom-up Filling technology controlled by precise servo motors. The filling needles rise in synchronization with the liquid level, effectively eliminating foaming and splashing.
